1. There will be potential pitfalls in the paths laid before many of you. It’s easy to get wrapped up in daily routines and all of the things you have to do for work, family, and life. You will have to accomplish these things, and your spiritual assignments at the same time.
2. For the first time, we have to come first. We cannot sit in the backseat any longer. Yes, you will still have to do your laundry, but you will be in a state of prayer while you do it. You will still have to balance your checkbook, but you will attend to your contact log first. You will still have to go to a job and complete those tasks. But your primary job is to bless your co-workers. You can still watch a movie, but your spiritual meditation or reading will come first.
3. If you backslide, we will gently nudge you. It is your intention to be 100% committed. That’s the most important thing. Don’t feel guilty when you get caught up in the things of the world. Just take a deep breath and reconnect with us. We get lonely when you step away for a while.
